SMI is a team of business professionals, trainers, consultants, and educators who have pooled their extensive resources to co-create an international network. We are deeply committed to providing high quality, in-depth programs that are suitable for use within large, medium and small organizations. We also facilitate retreats and interactive sessions in both the private and public sectors. The underlying theme to all our programs is self mastery, an emotionally intelligent person will be highly effective in every arena of life. Our aim is to assist each individual and group achieve a sense of self mastery.

Hector Melendez, CYT, is a certified yoga instructor and certified Thai Bodyworker. He is the Director of Divine Flow Yoga Center, and Spirit Haven Retreat Center and often does retreats with his wife, Dr Peggy Farmer. Having left a career as a social worker, he now considers himself a soul-cial worker of the body and mind. Enjoy a variety of different yoga movement classes from gentle to flowing, all leaving you with a sense of inner peace. With his gentle spirit and soft touch, he will help you stretch and flow into the well person within and release your inner tension.
