Malcolm is a founding member of Self Mastery International and has over 20 years Industrial management experience. His expertise is Supply Chain Development. He has held senior management positions within multi-national corporations, which include Dow Chemical Company Limited – where he had a pan-European role for Purchasing and Supply Chain integration. Other companies include J. Bibby & Sons, Lucas Industries and Smiths Industries. For the last 5 years he has helped companies develop their competitive advantage through integration of supply chains, and by adopting best practice processes. Malcolm is known as a value-add change-agent. He maintains a close liaison with the UK’s Department of Trade & Industry - working with small & medium sized enterprises (SME’s), as well as larger organizations. With an emphasis on adding value to companies, he recognizes the need for maximizing the innovation and marketing skills within the organization. Values-based training and development programs are a key part of this “pathway of continuous improvement” to establish a company able to tailor relevant programs for promoting and developing such strategies.
